Berry Smoothie



A great way to start your day and kick start that metabolism.

Ingredients:

2 cups orange juice

1 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
2 small ripe bananas
1 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen. Strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries.

Blend together and enjoy. Makes 4

  2. Hi Rita, delicious recipe. I am enjoying an icy cold smoothie every morning in this current Cape heatwave! I add ice blocks and oatbran to mine for that extra bit of oomph I need to get me through the day! I just found your blog but see that you havent blogged in quite a few months.
