Chicken Burger Patties

Ingredients:

2 tsp olive oil
1 cup diced green peppers
1/2 cup diced onion
500g minced chicken
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp sage
2 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1 egg

Method:

Heat the oil in a small pan and sweat off the onions and peppers until soft.
In a large bowl mix the chicken mince, Onions, peppers and the remaining igredients.
Shape the mixture into 6 patties.
Spray a griddle pan with cooking spray and grill the burgers.

Serves 6
